About This Role

We are seeking a Strategic Institutional Sales Leader to join our team at Talent Optimizers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing institutional sales plans in line with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively monitor and ensure that institution customers work within sales plan perimeters
  • Organize and effectively implement new product launches / Re-Launches throughout all the institutions as required
  • Implement all trade marketing programs in key accounts / institutions throughout the area after the approval of Head of the department
  • Effectively control the leakage, damage cost of key accounts and institutions
  • Evaluate performance of institutional sales team

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience preferably in FMCG in key account sales
  • Sales planning and execution skills
  • Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
