Area Sales Manager

This role involves overseeing sales operations in a designated area, establishing key relationships with distributors and customers, and driving sales growth through effective channel management.

Responsibilities:
  • Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related aspects within the assigned territory.
  • Territory Growth: Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Distributor Management: Effectively manage distributors and customers, overseeing their operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Channel Development: Execute Channel Category plans at Point of Purchase (POP)/Outlets according to prioritization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide quality and timely information to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2-3 years of field sales and key account management experience, preferably in Out of Home channels.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong work ethic, self-starter approach, integrity, and ability to lead and develop oneself and a high-performing team.
  • Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales functional areas, including Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer Relationships, Distribution Handling, and B2B Sales.
  • Team Management: Prior experience managing a field sales team.
