Key Performance Indicators include achieving agreed targets and KPIs for the assigned area, developing and implementing a field sales plan, managing distributors and customers effectively, executing channel category plans at the point of purchase/outlets, and providing quality and timely information to relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Become the primary point of contact for all sales operations aspects within the assigned geographical area or territory, ensuring set objectives and targets are met.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers, overseeing their operations and identifying opportunities for growth.
  3. Develop strategies to drive sales performance and implement effective distribution networks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Achieving success in this role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field, along with 2-3 years of field sales and key account management experience, preferably in Out of Home channels.

Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, self-starter approach, integrity, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop themselves and high-performing teams. Prior experience managing a field sales team is highly valued.
