
Field Sales Representative

Key Performance Indicators include achieving agreed targets and KPIs for the assigned area, developing and implementing a field sales plan, managing distributors and customers effectively, executing channel category plans at the point of purchase/outlets, and providing quality and timely information to relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Become the primary point of contact for all sales operations aspects within the assigned geographical area or territory, ensuring set objectives and targets are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers, overseeing their operations and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategies to drive sales performance and implement effective distribution networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Achieving success in this role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field, along with 2-3 years of field sales and key account management experience, preferably in Out of Home channels.
Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, self-starter approach, integrity, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop themselves and high-performing teams. Prior experience managing a field sales team is highly valued.
