Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and confident fresh graduate to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Set up appointments and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead conversion process.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with new people.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles (training provided).
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
