Talent Acquisition and Development Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to lead our efforts in talent acquisition and development. This role requires expertise in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent in the staff augmentation industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with potential talent in the staff augmentation industry. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
- Resume Screening and Candidate Selection: Screen resumes and select candidates who meet our rigorous standards. Ensure that all selected candidates possess the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications required for success in their roles.
- Candidate Development and Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance candidate skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to help candidates achieve their full potential.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain top performers and reduce turnover rates. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
