Job Role: Executive Assistant
Key Accountabilities:
- Meeting and Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Document Management: Develop and maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring easy access to critical documents and information.
- Correspondence and Reporting: Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
