Job Summary:

A highly skilled and experienced educator is required to teach undergraduate nursing classes, design curriculum, and engage in research activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Teach undergraduate nursing courses, including pharmacology, pathophysiology, and nursing research and pediatrics.
  2. Develop and review educational activities and curriculum.
  3. Utilize technology to enhance student learning outcomes.
  4. Contribute to academic programs through research initiatives.
  5. Provide guidance and feedback to students.
  6. Engage in ongoing professional development to improve teaching and learning, clinical expertise, and research capabilities.
  7. Assess exams and provide invigilation services.
  8. Prepare course materials, class schedules, and exams/papers for students.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Master's degree in Nursing with at least 4-5 years of teaching experience or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a Master's in Public Health and relevant experience.
  2. Valid registration as a nurse with at least one publication in a reputable journal.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Clinical competence and soundness.
