Job Description:- Key Responsibilities:
- Bidding and Proposal Management:
- Analyze daily job postings on Upwork and Fiverr to identify potential projects.
- Submit customized proposals that meet client requirements, focusing on strategic keywords and project categories.
- Maintain a high daily submission rate while ensuring proposal quality.
- Client Communication and Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication.
- Understand project requirements and clarify details through messages or calls.
- Negotiate pricing and timelines within company guidelines.
- Lead Conversion and Deal Closure:
- Follow up on submitted proposals to improve conversion rates.
- Convert leads into successful deals and pass them to the production team.
- Document active proposals, leads, and closed deals for future reference.
- Reporting and Collaboration:
- Prepare regular reports on bidding activities, wins, and prospects.
- Coordinate with the team to gather technical insights when needed.
- Update CRM or spreadsheets to track pipeline status and communication history.
- Proven experience in bidding or client acquisition on freelance platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Able to understand and explain technical services.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client handling and negotiations.
