ERP System Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of ERP System Coordinator.

The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact for our ERP implementation partner, ensuring smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and the implementation team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who can provide effective support and guidance to our teams during the implementation process.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our teams and the implementation partner.
  • Lead user training, onboarding, and support for our ERP system across departments.
  • Oversee system configurations, module setups, role-based access, and workflow designs.
  • Perform routine checks, upgrades, and patch management of the ERP system.
  • Assist in UAT, bug tracking, and solution testing in collaboration with implementation consultants.
  • Monitor data flows between our ERP and third-party integrations, ensuring accuracy and continuity.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ERP coordination and IT support roles.
  • Bachelors or Degree in IT related field.
  • Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle: configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Proficient in basic IT infrastructure, Windows/Linux OS, networking, and hardware setup.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
