Job Title: Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance module). The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a background in Accounting & Finance, and strong skills in ERP management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on the Finance module.
  • Support the ERP Lead in managing functional workstreams from design to finalization.
  • Coordinate with on-shore and off-shore development teams to monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates.
  • Analyze ERP data to provide insights and recommend system improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Finance Department to identify process enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of project schedules and planning processes for ERP initiatives.
  • Ensure ERP configurations meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports and optimizing ERP quality control measures.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing system support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting & Finance.
  • Preference will be given to ACCA-certified professionals and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certified resources.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance module, General Ledger, and Management Reporter).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and ERP-related projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
