As a key member of the HR team, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with employment regulations and implementing effective policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Policy Development: Analyze existing policies and make recommendations for changes as appropriate. Identify areas where new policies are needed and develop them accordingly.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.
  3. Employee Performance: Monitor various aspects of employee performance, including attendance and lateness. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions as necessary.
  4. Training and Development: Assess the need for training and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Employee Relations: Support managers and staff by dealing with employee grievances or conflicts. Ensure that all issues are addressed in a fair and timely manner.
  6. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and review pay structures and employee perks and benefits to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company goals.

Requirements:

  1. Education: MBA/BBA with specialization in Human Resource Management.
  2. Certifications: HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are desirable.
  3. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role.
