
HR Leadership and Strategy Manager

Masters in Business Administration in HR or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution/university is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies that align with the organization's vision and strategic objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships between senior management, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals across various levels in Administration and Human Resources to optimize their potential and drive business success.
- Forecast and analyze future administrative and HR requirements to advise top management on staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide essential support to other departments by coordinating administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, cleanliness, and security of office facilities and assets to minimize waste and optimize utilization.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, maintain accurate records, and uphold high standards of integrity.
- Monitor and update inventory records to inform informed decision-making.
- Supervise recruitment, employee transfers, training, performance evaluations, benefits, and attendance records to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis; design and deliver impactful training programs; and prepare related documentation.
- Develop and update Job Descriptions for all positions to reflect current roles and responsibilities.
- Foster open communication and coordination across departments to drive collective success.
- Oversee timely submission of Performance Evaluation Reports to inform development strategies.
- Prepare cases for bonuses, increments, and promotions based on established criteria.
- Establish procedures for handling employee complaints in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Research and provide expert advice on competitive salary and benefits structures aligned with market trends.
- Take responsibility for reporting misconduct to the appropriate authorities.
- Communicate HR policies, job descriptions, working conditions, remuneration, benefits, and growth opportunities to employees in a clear and concise manner.
- Represent the organization in HR-related legal proceedings to protect its interests.
- Masters in Business Administration in HR or a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Able to motivate and discipline employees effectively.
- Experience in designing and delivering comprehensive training and development programs.
- Ability to identify training needs through analysis and consultation.
- Skilled in managing training delivery and devising organizational training strategies.
- Stays up-to-date with developments in training by reading industry publications, attending conferences, and participating in courses.
- Collaborates with top management to develop annual budgets and plans.
- Works closely with management to create and evaluate training courses.
