About the Job:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and learn how to manage freelancing platforms like Upwork, generate leads, and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Development team to pitch services, respond to client queries, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage profiles on freelancing platforms.
- Submit high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Engage with potential clients through chats, messages, and calls.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with technical teams to develop project estimates and timelines.
- Maintain CRM and client data for follow-ups and engagement tracking.
- Assist in improving response rates and closing deals effectively.
- Monitor job postings daily and respond promptly to new opportunities.
- Fresh Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of freelancing platforms.
- Ability to write compelling proposals and cover letters.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
