Job Title: Field Health Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Health Care Worker to join our team.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for screening participants and data collection related to Integrated TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health Service Delivery in Rural Sindh.

They will also assist community mobilizers/counselors during community mobilization and camp facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry under the supervision of the Field Supervisor.
  • Create patient cards for all participants at the camp.
  • Ensure accuracy of contact information and addresses recorded on screening forms; rectify mistakes if any.
  • Enter CXR scores in the mobile application, paper forms, and patient cards.
  • Liaise with the local community on TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health to establish trust, gather contextual data, provide health education, and mobilize.
  • Perform field duties and support team members as required.
  • Participate in performance and quality improvement activities.
  • Attend staff meetings and in-services regularly.
  • Fluency in Sindhi, Siraeki, and Urdu is strongly recommended.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Matriculation, Intermediate, or Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

  • At least one year of relevant experience.

  • Basic data entry skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, ready to start immediately.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, problem solver, independent thinker.
  • Good listener, accountable.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, able to identify gaps and needs.
  • Proficient in inclusive planning and participatory management.
