Job Title: IT BSS Planning and Implementation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a skilled IT BSS Planning and Implementation Specialist.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in Business Support Systems (BSS) planning and implementation to lead the development of next-generation OCS/CRM solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of BSS stacks, including OCS, CRM, Settlement, Mediation, Commission, Channel, and Inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of BSS projects from conception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technical layers with business directions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • 2-6 years of experience in IT planning and products implementation stream of BSS stack.
  • Strong project management skills, effective people management skills, and strong vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile / SCRUM methodologies and certifications are preferred.
