Odoo Functional Consultant

Codistan Ventures is seeking a highly motivated ERP Solutions Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for business process optimization and ERP solutions, along with hands-on experience with Odoo modules, we want to hear from you.

Job Description

As an ERP Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions within Odoo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into functional solutions within Odoo.
  • Configure, customize, and deploy various Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory, and Projects.
  • Serve as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal ERP performance.
  • Create user documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple Odoo modules and related business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of basic technical architecture or integrations in Odoo.
  • Previous ERP implementation experience in the IT, Retail, or F&B sectors.
