 Job Title: Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include supporting the CEO with alignment of meetings, note minutes of meetings, ensuring assigned tasks are completed on time, and building strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and drafting correspondence such as emails and letters. Additionally, they should have scheduling and travel planning skills, with experience in managing calendars, coordinating events, and preparing reports. Good filing and organizational skills are essential for maintaining efficient office systems and expense tracking.
