Freight Forwarding Sales Representative

We are seeking an entry-level sales professional to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative and operational tasks, answering calls and managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and documents, and participating in projects and supporting daily activities.
This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in sales/business development. If you have a willingness to learn and grow in your career, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Answer calls and manage correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Organize and maintain files and documents, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient access and retrieval.
- Participate in projects and support daily activities, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
