Job Description
  • Presentation of our product offerings to prospective customers through live demos, webinars, and technical workshops to foster meaningful relationships and drive growth.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat channels, preparing quotes, and collaborating with internal teams for post-production change requests and product feature enhancements.
  • Lead follow-up and partnership coordination with customers and partners to ensure seamless engagement and satisfaction.
  • Contribution to the development of our solutions through customer feedback, exchange with product management and marketing teams, and support in writing technical documentation to maintain product knowledge.
  • Understanding competitor offerings and providing insights to the sales team on product positioning and differentiation.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Contact Center industry, preferably in pre-sales or Requirements Engineering or another engineering function.
  • Knowledge of networks, contact center technologies, and call flows.
  • Experience in analyzing requirements, proposal preparation, responding to RFPs/demos, and conducting Proof-of-Concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple work assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PPT).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS applications (architecture, business model, pricing).
  • Experience with Omnichannel or Chatbot solutions.
  • Fluency in Arabic and French.
