Role Description

Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled financial manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing timely and proactive financial evaluation, information, and advice to enable effective planning and decision-making.

The successful candidate will lead the monthly sales and operations planning process, ensuring accountability and alignment of key financial metrics. They will also own the month-end closing process, including sales rebate reconciliation and general ledger analysis to provide insights for management.

In addition, the financial manager will coordinate and lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and plans, ensuring timely and accurate information for performance monitoring. They will conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and touchpoints, supporting resource allocation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly sales and operations planning process

  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and plans
  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree educated in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, preferably with a professional qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in dynamic, matrixed organizations, ideally within large global companies or FMCG sectors
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing small teams, alongside strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, including data analytics, business modelling, project management, and the ability to communicate complex information
