Job Title: Regional Operations Manager
Job Summary:
As a key member of the operational team, you will be responsible for overseeing regional sales activities and ensuring seamless communication between the sales force and support teams. Your primary objective is to analyze and address any operational gaps that may hinder sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enable the sales force with required system information, education, and training to optimize their performance.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare key reports for daily decision-making, fostering an informed approach to sales operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales force and support teams to resolve communication, system, and process-related issues effectively.
  • Develop and disseminate accurate and comprehensive information through regular reports and sessions.
  • Lead the regional operational team in monitoring sales pulse, pipeline, and revenue reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design sustainable processes to mitigate operational issues and establish long-term solutions for recurring problems.
  • Evaluate operational goals and suggest enhancements; oversee operational costs, risks, and audits to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a productive, profitable, and achievement-oriented work environment for employees.
  • Supervise the operations team to guarantee operational excellence and effective stakeholder management.
