Are you a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the vape industry and retail operations? Do you have a track record of driving growth and leading regional teams? If yes, we invite you to join our dynamic team as Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
Key Job Responsibilities and Roles:- Manage and support a team of salespersons in multiple Vape Outlets providing guidance and training.
- Set plans to achieve sales targets for each outlet and monitor performance against these goals.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between the head office and outlets team to ensure alignment with company initiatives.
- Address and resolve operational issues within the outlets.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among sales staff.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance to the Head of Sales.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in vape products or the retail industry.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing retail outlets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
