We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes of new employees.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. S/he will also have a high level of organizational skill, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, as well as coordinating employee training and development initiatives. Additionally, s/he will support in policy implementation and compliance, and handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.

S/he will also prepare HR reports and documentation as required, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the NGO/INGO sector.
