The role of the Customer Service Resolution Specialist is to handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. This involves acknowledging, investigating, and communicating with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Acknowledge all incoming customer complaints and respond promptly to address their concerns.
- Investigate each complaint thoroughly, gathering relevant information to inform resolutions.
- Communicate regularly with customers to keep them informed of the status of their complaint and any actions being taken.
- Document all interactions and resolutions, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service function.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
