Agile Coach and Team Facilitator

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Agile processes, removing obstacles, and enabling our teams to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in Scrum principles, facilitation, and coaching will help us maintain a high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Coach multiple Agile teams on Scrum implementation and best practices
  • Remove impediments and ensure the team focuses on creating high-value increments
  • Mentor Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track and report Agile metrics
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development practices
