Export Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Operations Manager to lead our international export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all necessary documentation for international shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints within the same day, usually online.
  • Foster collaboration with the Supply Chain department to ensure completion and dispatch of customers' orders.
  • Update overseas customers on the status of their international orders and shipments in a prompt manner.
  • Negotiate with shipping lines to secure favorable transit times and freight rates that meet customers' preferences.
  • Ensure accurate processing and filing of rebates on international shipments.
  • Maintain all necessary documents, forms, and certificates for efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of export orders.
  • Lead sales efforts and support company practices to enhance its reputation, market leadership, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and ensure the smooth process of export operations from international sales order to dispatch.
  • Coordinate with government agencies for attestation and endorsement of export documents.
  • Expedite export arrangements and maintain current information on export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
  • Evaluate and pursue freight forwarders/shipping lines while managing export documentation and liaising with various government and non-government departments.
