
Training Content Developer Role

Parhlo is seeking a motivated Training Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality training content and programs that meet the needs of our employees.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Marketing, or a related field and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in consultancy, education, or corporate settings. Strong presentation skills, training program designing capabilities, and experience in training needs analysis are essential for this role.
Apart from these qualifications, skill-based experience in the relevant field, proficiency in demonstrating attention to detail, and experience in conducting training needs analysis using surveys, interviews, and focus groups are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create interesting and engaging training content for group trainings
- Develop voice over scripts
- Print and fill training manuals
- Collaborate with the T&D Team
- Demonstrate proficiency and attention to detail
- Conduct training needs analysis using surveys, interviews, and focus groups
- Prepare a monthly learning calendar based on inputs from business unit heads
- Prepare Employee Training data
- Review and design Training Programs Manuals & Library Management
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant majors such as HRM, Marketing, etc.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in consultancy, education, or corporate settings.
- Skill-based experience in the relevant field.
