Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to prospect and build a pipeline of qualified leads.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy. They will work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and target prospects using various sales tools.
  • Track daily prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications, and enter data accurately into the database.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and transition qualified leads to the sales organization for further follow-up.
  • Obtain customer contact information and other relevant details to populate the database.
  • Analyze different sales tools to develop innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to promote effectively.
  • Background in B2B telesales or related field.
  • Great customer service aptitude.
  • Confidence conversing with clients over the phone.
  • A desire to grow sales skills and advance their career.
Job Specifications:
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Expertise in software houses and IT communication.
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in a related field.
  • Aptitude to build and maintain relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners.
  • Experience developing relationships with senior decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, or VPs) within potential clients.
  • Experience pitching products and/or services.
  • Ability to maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct research on organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets.
  • Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes purchasing decisions.
  • Establish rapport and set up meetings with potential clients via email or phone.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Inform clients about new developments in company's products.
  • Develop quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in-person.
  • Show creative talents and problem-solving abilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and events.
  • Manage pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Working Hours: 20:00-05:00 hours.

Location: Pakistan.

Contract Duration: Minimum 1 year (extendable)
