Marketing Executive Role

This Marketing Executive role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing campaigns. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with business heads to develop business development activities and schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business heads in developing business development activities/schemes.
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for business development activities/schemes.
  • Design printing materials (advertisements, billboards, banners, etc.) and ensure timely delivery to targeted locations.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Engage in reviewing competitors' activities.
  • Liaison with designers and printers.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Organize events such as lucky draws, annual conferences, exhibitions, and sourcing sponsorship.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns.

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media marketing strategies.
  • Develop ideas and produce creative content across platforms.
  • Create marketing campaigns and execute all campaigns on social media.
  • Manage blogger outreach programs and build an active brand ambassador network to spread word about the company.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience, especially in social media and BTL (ATL experience will be given added advantage).
  • Good oral and written communication skills are essential, plus the ability to analyze information and make recommendations.
  • Decisive: Capable of delivering quick solutions to marketing troubles.
  • Excellent in graphics designing.
  • Experience of delivering high-quality print and digital marketing campaigns would be an advantage.
  • Strong sales support and project management, leadership, and training skills.
  • Good environmental and organizational awareness, plus specialist knowledge of team processes, and regulatory requirements will be important for this role.
