Digital Marketing Specialist
Our company is looking for a dynamic and creative digital marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and executing successful campaigns across multiple channels.

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in developing and implementing business development activities and schemes. You should have strong focus on driving business growth, improving website usability, and analyzing market trends to inform data-driven decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with Business Heads to develop and implement business development activities and schemes.
  • Working with the management team to create a core brand message, marketing strategy, and execute it across all media channels.
  • Supporting the art team in storyboarding and concept layouts for various media items such as brochures, ads, and websites.
  • Developing and optimizing online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, improve website usability, design, content, and conversion.
  • Creating and optimizing targeted and custom landing pages and micro-sites.
  • Analyzing and providing weekly and monthly digital marketing metrics and lead status reports.
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Implementing, analyzing, and optimizing organic and paid search engine marketing activities.
  • Designing and printing marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery to targeted locations.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Reviewing and recommending changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases, organizing events, conducting market research, and evaluating marketing campaigns.

Social Media Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing social media marketing strategies, hands-on experience with Web 2.0 and social networks.
  • Producing creative content across platforms, creating marketing campaigns, and executing them on social media.
  • Managing blogger outreach programs, building active brand ambassador networks, and monitoring social media trends.

Requirements
  • Good presentation skills, excellent graphics designing concepts, and a Master's in Marketing with managerial experience.
  • Experience with online analytical tools, strong sales support, project management, leadership, and training skills.
