Compliance Analyst

This is a key role within the organization, responsible for managing risks related to Anti-Bribery and Corruption. The successful candidate will develop training content for employees, deliver awareness sessions, and support communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review contracts from an E&C perspective ensuring all risks are addressed and compliance provisions are incorporated
  • Perform compliance / sanction screening of third parties and share with legal team for appropriate measures
  • Support conducting monitoring and testing of various compliance controls
  • Conduct periodic reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage online training platforms and develop E&C related training content for employees on a periodic basis
  • Effectively manage and update the compliance training calendar
  • Deliver E&C training and awareness sessions throughout the year including on specific Global E&C days
  • Monitor emerging compliance-related risks and keep management informed accordingly
  • Manage E&C dashboard and perform other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management in a timely manner
  • Monitor and investigate suspicious transactions, ensuring timely escalation and reporting in line with internal procedures and applicable AML regulations

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Legal, Finance, Contract Management, or other risk assurance functions
  • Business knowledge and eagerness to learn new things
  • Strong team player with solution-oriented approach
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Well-versed with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Relationship builder with collaborative approach
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed and per business requirement
