We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Professional to spearhead our compliance framework across jurisdictions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence, designing and implementing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure operations align with global financial regulations, including VASP obligations and other applicable laws.
  • Broaden and refine AML/KYC programs, policies, and procedures by leveraging industry best practices and leading technology stacks.
  • Implement and manage sanctions screening processes to ensure seamless integration with our compliance technology.
  • Evaluate and mitigate potential compliance risks using advanced crypto risk monitoring tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed compliance requirements into product design and business processes.
  • Liaise with payment providers, crypto exchanges, and regulators as needed to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of emerging risks and regulatory changes to maintain our proactive compliance posture.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AML/KYC, sanctions screening, and compliance technology.
  • Familiarity with payment providers or crypto exchanges is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of crypto risk monitoring tools and compliance frameworks is essential.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
