Compliance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to manage risks, develop training content, and deliver awareness sessions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Legal, Finance, Contract Management or other risk assurance functions. They should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • Review contracts from a compliance perspective and ensure all risks are addressed
  • Perform compliance screening of third parties such as business partners and customers
  • Support conducting monitoring and testing of various compliance controls
  • Conduct periodic reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing online training platforms, developing related training content, and delivering training and awareness sessions throughout the year.
