We are proud to partner with a leading German manufacturer of electric motors and fans.
Job Description:
- This role involves working closely with the APAC team to prepare materials and presentations for meetings, including business development discussions.
- You will conduct research and efficiently organize data for reports and presentations.
- A key responsibility is to prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
- You will provide administrative support, including managing calendars and expense claims for C-Suite/Top Management.
- An additional responsibility is to manage travel arrangements for the APAC team, including flights, visa applications, ground transportation, accommodation, dining, and activities.
- This position requires expat management, including accommodation, schooling, vehicle, and visa matters.
- You will oversee document management, including printing and filing.
- You will also organize events in Singapore and other APAC countries.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
About You:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting C-Suite/Top Management.
- Previous experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant.
- Strong English language skills with the ability to communicate confidently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
