Job Description:

  • This role involves working closely with the APAC team to prepare materials and presentations for meetings, including business development discussions.
  • You will conduct research and efficiently organize data for reports and presentations.
  • A key responsibility is to prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
  • You will provide administrative support, including managing calendars and expense claims for C-Suite/Top Management.
  • An additional responsibility is to manage travel arrangements for the APAC team, including flights, visa applications, ground transportation, accommodation, dining, and activities.
  • This position requires expat management, including accommodation, schooling, vehicle, and visa matters.
  • You will oversee document management, including printing and filing.
  • You will also organize events in Singapore and other APAC countries.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

About You:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting C-Suite/Top Management.
  • Previous experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant.
  • Strong English language skills with the ability to communicate confidently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
