As a key player in our organization, this role requires an Export Manager to oversee the entire merchandising process from purchase to shipment, ensuring seamless operations and optimizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Relationships: Manage relationships with international buyers to secure prompt orders and foster long-term partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Drive Cost Efficiency: Perform pre- and post-order costing to optimize profitability and efficiency, aligning with the company's financial goals.

This position demands a strong background in costing, documentation, and correspondence, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Export Management Expertise: Proven experience in export management or a related field, preferably in the textile industry, with a deep understanding of global market trends and requirements.
  • International Marketing Skills: Demonstrated expertise in international marketing, costing, and documentation, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

A minimum of 03 years' experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a solid understanding of the textile industry and its nuances.
