We seek an energetic HR graduate to join our team as a People Engagement Trainee. The successful candidate will contribute to the execution of employee engagement events.
Responsibilities- Collaborate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and work with various stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Research and collaborate with vendors and internal departments to develop proactive engagement plans.
- Attend industry conferences and maintain our employer brand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and influencing ability, including addressing groups of people.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
We offer a flexible working schedule and a chance to work independently with minimal supervision.
