Job Summary
Dubai-based Car Leasing firm is seeking a skilled Call Centre Manager for their Offshore Call Centre in Karachi. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call centre, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the setup and running of the call centre, including recruitment and training of staff.
  2. Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints and orders.
  3. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
  4. Monitor and track operations and sales performance.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and minimize errors.
