Dubai-based Car Leasing firm is seeking a skilled Call Centre Manager for their Offshore Call Centre in Karachi. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call centre, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the setup and running of the call centre, including recruitment and training of staff.
- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints and orders.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Monitor and track operations and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and minimize errors.
