
Data-Driven Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to build and manage processes that capture new leads at scale. The successful candidate will work with CRM, data enrichment tools, and automation platforms to ensure our sales and marketing teams receive accurate, high-quality prospect data.
The ideal candidate has a passion for impacting the B2B SaaS industry and is eager to explore new data sources, growth hacks, and automation workflows. Experience with data scraping or lead enrichment tools is required. Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms is also essential.
The responsibilities of this role include leveraging web scraping, third-party databases, APIs, and integrations to identify potential leads and gather relevant firmographic and demographic information. This involves evaluating new data providers, list providers, and lead databases to expand and refine prospect lists.
The job requires enriching and validating lead information using tools like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo.io, or similar. It also entails configuring and maintaining lead-generation workflows in marketing automation platforms or specialized lead-gen tools.
The Lead Generation Manager will implement scripts, integrations, or plugins to automate tasks such as data cleaning, segmentation, and deduplication. Collaboration with Python developers is necessary to set up data pipelines (e.g., via Zapier, Python scripts, APIs) that sync leads across systems.
A key responsibility is developing and enforcing data hygiene best practices for lead data accuracy and consistency. This involves monitoring databases and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) for duplicate or incomplete records, updating data as needed.
The Lead Generation Manager will audit lead data sources regularly, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and company policies. Implementing or improving lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects is also a key task.
Additional responsibilities include segmenting leads based on attributes like industry, company size, or region for targeted follow-up. The job requires evaluating lead quality and providing insights for ongoing optimization.
Track and report on lead-generation metrics such as cost per lead, lead velocity, and data accuracy. Analyze lead conversion trends to identify gaps or new data acquisition opportunities.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders including marketing ops, sales ops, and leadership. Stay updated on emerging tools and best practices for data-driven lead generation.
Prototype and test new data acquisition strategies, such as extracting data from niche platforms or automating enrichment with custom scripts. Evaluate ROI of tools and recommend continuous improvements.
