Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for coordinating the overall project delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
    • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote project awareness.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships, including client, supplier, and team member interactions.
    • Prepare and disseminate project reports, updates, and notifications to relevant parties.
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Ensure adherence to project quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
    • Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the project team to implement corrective actions and resolve quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in project coordination, management, or a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related field.
  • Skill: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
