  • Order Management & Fulfillment
    • Assist in processing returns and manage the fulfillment process smoothly.
    • Track and record shipments to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Live Customer Chats & Account Support
    • Handle live customer service chats, addressing queries and providing timely account support.
    • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Technology & Computer Proficiency
    • Utilize data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) to manage customer interactions and records.
    • Leverage your technical proficiency to enhance customer service operations.
  • Clear & Effective Communication
    • Exhibit strong written and verbal English skills to communicate clearly with customers and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
  • You must be able to commute daily to our office.
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
  • Previous e-commerce experience or familiarity with platforms like eBay is a plus.
  • A personal laptop is required for daily office use.
