
Strategic Business Development Manager

- Develop and execute strategies to identify new sales leads, pitch products or services, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and opportunities for expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to management.
- Sales Lead Identification: Research organizations and individuals online to identify new sales leads and potential new markets.
- Pitching Products/Services: Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products or services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products or services.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
