
Client Relationship Enhancement Specialist

Enhance client experience by offering value-added services, such as regular service reviews and tailored visits to comprehend their issues or concerns. Key responsibilities include cultivating robust client relationships, ensuring efficient inquiry management, collaborating with team leaders, managing client expectations, facilitating engagement with online banking modules, and maintaining open communication.
Job Responsibilities- Cultivate a comprehensive network within the Client's Operational Department.
- Ensure that inquiries via phone or email from clients categorized under Portfolio and Silver are directed to the Centralized Service team for quicker turnaround times and comprehensive tracking of all cases.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Cluster Heads to identify clients or categories of inquiries that may be transitioned to the Central Service team.
- Effectively manage clients' expectations by delivering clear information regarding the timeframe for solutions and potential outcomes.
- Facilitate engagement with clients regarding Trade Track-IT and new online banking modules, empowering them to address their inquiries independently.
- Facilitate regular training sessions for clients on Straight2bank functionalities and operational efficiency.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Centralized Service team to gain insights into client inquiries and enhance operations efficiency.
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings and processes through training sessions and other departments.
- Collaborate with the Sales team for weekly business reviews to emphasize discrepancies in revenue and volume.
- Conduct periodic reviews of product offerings and cash volume reports, providing updated data trends to the Sales team.
- Establish monthly portfolio data analysis reviews for dissemination among the Sales team.
- In the absence of a Sales team, oversee their responsibilities by managing client communications and addressing inquiries.
