Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical expertise and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily operations through multiple transactions on various accounts, ensuring seamless financial performance.
  2. Ensure compliance with defined controls for daily tasks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with manufacturers, partners, and resources to drive new business opportunities and existing partnerships.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to secure competitive pricing, enhancing the overall sales cycle experience.
  5. Deliver services within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) agreed upon with clients, from initial response to order fulfillment.
  6. Evaluate client solutions in terms of availability, compatibility, and adaptability to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Oversee the order fulfillment process, encompassing order placement, tracking, discrepancy resolution, changes, and returns to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
  8. Execute reporting tasks for different clients within designated time slots, maintaining accurate and timely records.
  9. Foster regular updates and clear visibility into the entire sales cycle, driving a proactive approach to managing accounts.
  10. Demonstrate understanding of major manufacturer pricing programs following an initial training period, enabling informed decision-making.
  11. Establish individual goals aligned with department objectives to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
