
Retail Sales Leadership Role

As a Manager Retail Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring they meet sales targets. This involves coaching and training them to excel in their roles, understanding and effectively communicating clients' requirements, providing leadership and guidance, and equipping the team with the necessary skills to market properties successfully.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Managing and leading the sales force while ensuring teams are coached, trained, and equipped with the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
- Client Communication: Understanding clients' requirements and effectively communicating them to the sales team.
- Leadership and Guidance: Providing leadership and guidance to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Property Knowledge: Ensuring clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units and that the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to demonstrate and market properties effectively.
- Facilitating Deals: Facilitating property demonstrations, site visits, and timely deal closures.
- Client Follow-up: Following up with clients to understand evolving requirements and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining good client relationships and actively seeking new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a focus on excellence, team building, and customer service, aligned with core values.
- 4-5 years of sales experience; prior team management experience is preferable.
