As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent. The individual will excel in both verbal and written English communication, making them an ideal fit for this role.

The responsibilities of this position include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, analyzing applicants' CVs, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings. You will also source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, conduct reference checks, and negotiate compensation packages.

This is a full-time office-based job requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruiter, or similar role, is essential for this position.
