Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to project managers in organizing and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project coordination principles, with 1 to 1.5 years of experience in a similar field.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the project team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
    • Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.

    • Identify potential project risks and issues, escalate them when necessary, and contribute to mitigation efforts.
    • Support resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery of project outcomes.
