About the Role:This is a key role within our organization that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, responding to phone calls, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, meetings, and events.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required, such as preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
- Assist with the planning and execution of office events and meetings.
