Job Description

Our organization seeks a Relationship Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving targets, soliciting new customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve the agreed sales target as set by the team leader.
  • Solicit new customers according to the bank's sales policy, strategy, and targets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to account opening procedures as per policies and guidelines.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to consumers.
  • Visit existing business customers for relationship deepening.
  • Assess the needs and problems of existing customers and guide them to the best solutions for their queries and concerns.
  • Monitor customers' fund movements and identify when customers fall below criteria levels.
  • Follow the sales management process regularly and submit required reports to the branch manager promptly.
  • Coordinate with operations staff to provide prompt and excellent service to customers.
  • Maintain high standards of know-your-customer documentation.
  • Manage the credit portfolio efficiently, ensuring zero expired facilities.
  • Maintain the branch premises' hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort.
  • Monitor AML reports and respond to them daily, weekly, and monthly, highlighting suspicious activities.
  • Monitor suspicious transactions and activities, ensuring timely closure of STRs.
  • Follow AML guidelines to ensure compliance and avoid audit issues.
  • Raise staff awareness through training and implement policies on MLP via master classes and training programs.
  • Properly and timely dispose of exceptions from MLP reports.
  • Track and escalate backlogs such as STRs, customer due diligence expiries, and AML queries.
  • Provide personalized service to business customers.
  • Acquire additional business in relationships, liabilities, and assets from the target market.
  • Achieve business, revenue, and target goals for business banking, adhering to global standards.
  • Generate revenue for core branch banking.
  • Maintain portfolio health, quality, retention, and growth.
  • Continuously review and improve processes, resources, and procedures to meet service standards.
  • Engage in customer retention efforts, including complaint resolution.
