The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to shape customer relationships and upsell products while ensuring customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Consult with customers to understand their unique needs and advise on the best solutions for their business.
  • Demonstrate software capabilities and conduct business reviews with existing customers.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience.
  • Meet daily KPIs, including calls, demos, and emails per day.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound/upselling sales.
  • Experience consulting with B2B customers in the United States and Canada is highly preferred.
  • Strong ownership attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized and punctual.
