About This Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team and contribute to driving sales growth and increasing market share. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, people management abilities, and prior experience in a similar capacity.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and increase market share through identification of untapped channels, new towns, brand and pack size & optimal rack productivity.
  2. Collaborate with the ASM/RSM to develop and execute strategic plans, monitor trade discounts, and track distributor ROI.
  3. Conduct regular field training to ensure market excellence in all areas.
  4. Lead the sales team to achieve short-term company objectives and long-term organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • University graduate (BA) degree and prior experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills, people management, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
